It took a while to get help, and I felt like I had to do a bit more follow-up than I should’ve. They did eventually help me out, but it felt like extra work on my end just to get things moving.

I’ve had some really fresh-tasting ingredients here, which I appreciate, but it hasn’t been super consistent. Last time, the lettuce was looking a bit sad and tired 😅 Still decent overall, just wish it was more reliable.

I really appreciate how many choices they have on the menu. There are bowls, burgers, salads, smoothies, and plenty more, so it feels fair for everyone when my kids and I are all in the mood for different things. Nobody has to settle, which makes eating here a lot easier.

I had a bit of a problem and wasn’t sure how quickly it would get fixed?? But they sorted it out really fast and made the whole thing easy.

Stopped in for about 20 minutes or so, and the place looked really clean. The tables seemed freshly wiped down, and I didn’t notice any mess around. Definitely a solid spot if you care about cleanliness.

I did reach out to support, and they responded, but it felt like a generic answer that didn’t really fix anything. It’s not enough to make me stop going, but if you’re someone who factors rewards into where you spend your money, I’d say this part of the experience needs some work.

Ordered through B.Good the other day. Simple, honestly. Found what I wanted on the menu without having to think too hard, paid online, no weird glitches or anything. Got there and my food was ready. That was kind of it. Smooth enough that I’d definitely use it again

Grabbed lunch from bgood with my sister, it was really fresh. The chicken was cooked just right, not dry at all, and the veggies actually tasted crisp instead of like they’d been sitting around all day.

I also liked that I didn’t feel super heavy after eating. It was simple food, good flavor, and the portions were decent. I’d definitely order from there again.

My order was wrong again, which is getting frustrating. I ordered one thing and ended up with different items, like when you ask for fries and get onion rings, or order a chicken sandwich and get a burger, or choose a drink and get the wrong flavor. It’s not the end of the world, but when it keeps happening, it makes you not want to order again

I really like that b.good actually seems to care about where their ingredients come from. The food usually tastes super fresh, like it was just picked five minutes ago. It is a little on the pricey side, but overall I’ve had good experiences and keep going back.

I stopped in it was a chill place. Cozy vibe, not too loud, and the staff seemed nice enough. I’d probably go back.

My order got here fast, maybe around 20 or 25 minutes. The driver was friendly, and the food was still warm when it arrived, so no complaints from me...
